When we request sensitive information (such as credit card, name, address, etc) on our registration/order form, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. When you’re on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just ”surfing.” While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect your information off-line. Browse through the store by clicking on the title of the collectible or use Search to find the item you wish to buy. Select the Shipping Method you wish to use and proceed to “Check Out” or “Continue Shopping” button. When checking out enter name, address, credit card and shipping information. Please note: Some fields in the "Check Out" process are required. Write down, or print out, your confirmation number. You will receive a confirmation of your online order via email.

How to Place an Order Online

To purchase an item online, simply click the "order" button to the right of the item. When you have finished adding all items to your order, click "View Order” (located in the top section of every page of our site). Make any necessary adjustments to your order by the "Update Quantities” button. You can now proceed to our “Check Out” page. To ensure prompt order processing, please fill out ALL required information. To finalize the order, click the “Submit Order” button. An order confirmation will be given to you and we recommend you print this page for your records. Please note that your billing address MUST be exactly the same as the billing address for your credit card. Orders without valid address verification may be delayed for further verification with your credit card bank. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet bank verification standards.

All shipments will require 24 - 48 hours for processing time. Express delivery service is available for an additional fee for in-stock items only. Orders must be placed by noon Pacific Time Monday thru Friday. Please note that Express delivery will arrive on business days only.

  • Our preferred carriers are DHL, UPS or USPS for domestic US addresses. If shipping to a P.O. box address, we will use the United States Post Office standard services.

  • Please note that a signature may be required for delivery. We recommend shipping to your place of work.

  • Deliveries are normally made on business days, no weekend delivery. A business day is considered to be Monday through Friday, not including holidays.

  • Air services are not available to P.O. Box.

  • Address Corrections made by our carrier will result in $10.00 charge.

  • Express delivery service is available for an additional fee for in-stock items only. Orders must be received by Noon PST Monday-Friday. Please note that Express delivery will arrive on business days only.

  • Holiday Ordering - We highly suggest that you place your order at least 7-10 days before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.

  • Shipping Cost is non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless we made a mistake.

Do you ship internationally?

We can ship to more than 30 international destinations via worldwide. Our preferred carriers are DHL, UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). Once the package reaches your country it will be processed and handled by the foreign Customs for appropriate clearance. Your package will be delivered by the partnering local Post Office or DHL.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping charges include do not include taxes or duties. We recommend that you contact your local customs office to request the details of these charges. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Beautiful Perfumes, you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Beautiful Perfumes. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Beautiful Perfumes has made every effort to minimize the shipping costs and does not profit from these rates. Dangerous Goods: Perfumery products are classified as dangerous goods. Due to international postal regulations, we are unable to ship these products by Standard Airmail. If you order contains perfumery products, please select International Express shipping method. We will use DHL Express to ship your package. Your package will be cleared and delivered by DHL.

Canadian Customers

Canadian customers please note: Due to US Department of Transportation regulations and Canadian Customs regulations, orders containing any perfumery products will be shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited service is not available to Canada. You may be subject to brokerage charges and customs duties and taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns/Exchanges Policies* :

    • All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt
    • All items must be unopened, unused and in the original packaging
    • An RMA number must be requested from customer service and included with the returned package (packages without an RMA number will be returned to the sender; please see “How do I return a package?”)

Please note that a 15% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed to all returned products, unless the return is because of company error. Please be advised that fashion accessories, skin care, hair care and makeup products are non-returnable.

  • Original Orders Over $100: Merchandise returned in full or partial will be assessed a $5.95 shipping charge, unless the total cost of non-returned items remains over $100.
  • Discounts/Coupons: The amount refunded for returned items exclude discounts/coupons.
  • Damaged/Wrong Shipment: Please call us at 1.888.617.2488 within 48 hours of receipt to submit a claim.
  • Cancelled Orders: Eligible for full refund, including S&H, if cancelled prior to shipping.
  • Refused Items:  A 15% restocking fee and S&H will be assessed accordingly.
  • Returned to Sender: A $5.95 S&H fee will be assessed unless it was the result of our carrier's error.
  • Missed Scheduled Delivery: A $5.95 redelivery fee may apply if reshipping is requested.
  • International Package Returns: A 15% restocking fee and any additional S&H will be assessed accordingly.
  • Dangerous Goods: Certain items including fragrances, aerosols, and nail polish are considered as dangerous goods by the US Department of Transportation (DOT).  We use Standard Ground (surface) delivery method for these products.  You are advised not to re-mail the contents of the parcel via the Postal Service under US DOT-SP 9275 regulations.  Flammable substances contained in these packages may be mailed only by consumers (the addressee) via surface transportation in accordance with 10.13.  Full responsibility rests with the mailer to comply with all postal non-postal statutes and regulations regarding mail.  Information regarding postal statutes, regulations, and mailing requirements is available from you local Postmaster and at the Postal Service's mailing standards web site at pe.usps.com

How to Return Items

Contact our customer service to receive a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number for the items you wish to return. Please note that we cannot issue a refund for items returned without an RMA. Follow the instructions located on the back of your invoice to ship back the merchandise.

Special Orders

We often carry special or limited items that may not be listed on our website. Please let us know if you are looking for a special item and we will arrange to order or search for the item. Back Orders & Out of Stock

We try our best to keep all items in stock, but in the event an item you request is back ordered or out of stock, we will send you an email or contact you. We will inform you when we expect to receive our restock of the item or we may offer you the item in a different size or package. You can decide to either have us ship it to you, or you will have the opportunity to change or cancel your order. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Is it safe to order online?

All credible sources, magazines and newspapers agree that online ordering is actually more secure than ordering over the telephone or by mail. We use the latest industry standards for secure online credit card transactions. Always make sure that you are typing your credit card information you’re your browser is in “secure mode” (information encrypted). You can see this by the keylock (secure symbol) at the bottom right hand corner of your browser. Another secure mode is having an “s” appear in the URL (i.e. https://...) instead of http://...

You are advised to properly destroy any receipt that has your credit card information to keep would be thieves away. Never send your credit card information via the email. 

I just placed my order and I did not receive an email order confirmation

When you submit an order online, you will be given an order confirmation number and a summary of your order. Your order has successfully been placed and we will send you an email to confirm the shipping of your order within 24-48 hours during normal business days. If you do not receive an email confirmation within this time period, please email us with your order number and we will promptly respond to your request.


When do you charge my credit card?

When an order is placed, we will attempt to obtain an authorization for the order amount. An authorization will check to see if the credit card is valid and may reserve the funds. It is not the same as 'charging' your card. The order amount is reserved for up to 30 days. We utilize Address Verification Service to verify billing your credit card billing information. If the bank needs more info, we will send you an email message, or if necessary contact you by telephone. Your card is charged when the package is shipped. 

How do I receive Coupons?

We may on occasion offer promotional coupons or specials. Subscribe to our social events at socialevents@beautifulperfumes.com to be notified of specials.

What are Testers or Unboxed items??

Testers are manufactured bottles of the exact fragrance sold at a fraction of the retail price. Fragrance companies want to promote their products and will manufacture Tester bottles to help increase the sale of the fragrance. We buy Tester bottles new in bulk quantity at super discounted prices and pass the savings on to you. Tester packaging may vary depending on the manufacturers’ preferences. Some testers may come packaged in a plain white or brown box and with or without a cap. Some bottles may have “Tester or Demonstration” written on the bottle. These will in no way affects the overall quality of the fragrance as testers have the same composition as the regular packaged item. Buying a tester is a great way to enjoy the same exact fragrance at a great price you will love!

I ordered the wrong item and I want to return / exchange it. What do I do?

You may return the item within 14 days after you received the product. Contact us by email or by telephone: (714) 698-0824. Please do not open the item. It must be in resalable condition in order to receive a full refund less shipping. Securely repack and ship the item back to us via UPS or USPS. Write down your order number and tell us what if you want to exchange the item for something else or receive a credit. When we get your package, we will credit your credit card for items returned. We can not refund shipping / handling charges.

You shipped me the wrong item. What do I do?

If we made a mistake on your order, please contact us by email or by telephone: (714) 698-0824. We will pay for your shipping cost (via UPS Ground or USPS Postal Mail) to ship the item back to us. We will ship the correct item to you.

Do you ship to APO/FPO and U.S. Territories?

We ship to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses and U.S. Territories. We are not able to ship Express service to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses. Due to world events impacting the United States and other countries, shipments to certain military addresses may be delayed for up to 8 weeks.

Do you gift wrap?

We offer custom gift wrapping available for an additional charge of $2.50 per item. Gift messaging is available at the check out process.
